ABAC Training Workshops
ABAC’s Training Workshops are designed to provide tailored compliance training in an interactive face to face setting. Each session is developed and delivered by an ABAC Pre-vetter and is tailored to an individual organisation’s needs, the participants and their knowledge about ABAC. The workshops educate participants on the ABAC standards and how to ensure that their marketing is compliant. Current practical examples and case studies are presented, and participants are encouraged to interact and ask questions throughout the workshop.
The workshops are suitable for alcohol producers, distributors and retailers and also advertising, public relations, marketing, social and media agencies. Joint workshops can be arranged for a company and its marketing partners/agencies.
The benefit of the workshop, and educating your staff and partners on the ABAC standards for responsible alcohol marketing and packaging, is that less time and money will be spent on developing non-compliant marketing communications resulting in:
- a more efficient team
- faster campaign turnaround
- lower pre-vetting costs
- less chance of a public complaint being made about the marketing
- less chance of an adverse ABAC Adjudication Panel decision
- demonstrating a commitment to corporate social responsibility
“Ross provided us with a detailed, informative overview of the ABAC Scheme. His presentation was thorough and engaging, with examples to assist in showcasing key details and case studies that would assist us in considering future work. Liquid Ideas is super appreciative of the time and effort that Ross took to take us through the ABAC Scheme and assist with our many questions.” Eilis Grainger – Liquid Ideas
